Adele appears aggressive and threatening, while Lena seems shy and fearful. However, during the arm wrestling match, she proves to have strength and makes her opponent work hard.

The first hold is a head scissors from behind, where Lena moans and screams in pain between the steel legs of a very fierce Adele… but she endures!
As always, the girls alternate holds for 90 seconds each, trying to make the opponent submit before time runs out, while the opponent tries to escape or resist.

Effort isn’t enough
The next hold is a figure four head scissors, followed by a body scissors with full nelson, and finally a side body scissors. The triangle hold concludes this match.
Certainly not an easy day for our Lena, who shows a lot of determination and personality but clearly needs to train more to compete with a veteran like Adele, who also enjoys the final domination.
