After the theory, Nasta demonstrates the technique in a duel with her partner. But he has no chance against Nastya’s skills.The first part of the video demonstrates karate techniques throughout the fight.

In the second part of the video, Igor, having lost in a duel, decides to take revenge on Nastya and delivers a forbidden blow, which knocks Nastya out for a short time.
