Sasha Steel is here today to lift and carry Lizzie!! Lizzie is a little one now! First, a baby carry then a piggyback ride! Lizzie is so giggly, clearly she’s having a ton of fun! Sasha lifts Lizzie with no problems and easily carries her around the mats. Next up, Lizzie hops over Sasha’s shoulders in a fireman’s carry, and from behind the camera Constance gushes about Lizzie’s feet! Lizzie can’t get enough!!

Sasha switches to an over-the-shoulder carry and Lizzie just giggles as her upside-down face turns bright red. Constance cheers for the next lift and carry—she wants to see a fireman’s carry with Lizzie facing up! This proves to be a challenge because Lizzie and Sasha only managed to pull this off for a second! From there they try some acro-yoga moves, Lizzie carries Sasha!!!… and Sasha even lifts and carries Lizzie upside-down!!!!
