Training? Certainly not.

Adele and Beatrice meet to train together, but it quickly becomes clear that there is some issue between them, and the training becomes overly intense. The girls are very aggressive, transitioning from classic body scissors to hair pulls and excruciating ankle locks!

Increasing violence

Over time, the violence escalates, with punches to the face and stomach, slaps, strangulations, as well as wrist locks, camel clutches, arm bars, and figure-fours to the head, in a continuous exchange of insults. The fight continues intermittently with maximum intensity and spite: pure hatred exists between the two rivals!

Adele dominates with great satisfaction

When Adele finally prevails, she has a great time humiliating Beatrice under her schoolgirl pin or grapevine pin, then twisting her wrist and even her knee. She holds her down on the ground and strangles her from behind, lifts her by the hair, and punches her in the face.
Finally, when Beatrice is almost unconscious, she ties her ankles and triumphantly sits on top of her.
Neither of the two will easily forget this day, but for very different reasons!
